By using this website or booking an ultrasound with New Life Imaging, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
New Life Imaging provides elective, non-diagnostic 2D/3D/4D ultrasound services for entertainment and bonding purposes only. These sessions are not a substitute for medical care or diagnostic imaging.
We do not interpret, diagnose, or evaluate any medical conditions. You must be under the care of a licensed healthcare provider and have already had a diagnostic ultrasound before scheduling with us.
2. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information at the time of booking
Follow all safety guidelines during your session
Understand that image quality is dependent on factors such as gestational age, fetal position, and maternal body type
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are only issued in cases where services could not be provided due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Image & Media Use
With your permission, New Life Imaging may use photos or ultrasound images for promotional purposes on social media or marketing materials. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
5. Limitation of Liability
New Life Imaging is not liable for any decisions made based on the elective ultrasound session. All concerns regarding your pregnancy should be discussed with your medical provider.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases where safety, respect, or professional boundaries are compromised.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [Your State], USA.
HIPAA Disclaimer
Although New Life Imaging respects your privacy and takes steps to protect personal information, we are not a medical facility and therefore are not subject to HIPAA regulations in the same way diagnostic clinics or hospitals are.
We do not store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of scheduling, providing elective services, and enhancing your experience with us.
